It is designed as two independent sections (top and bottom), allowing you to open either the top or the bottom of the shutter separately. It offers more control over the panels, thus allowing more options for light and privacy control. All Tier-on Tier shutters are supplied with a horizontal bar for additional support.

Designed to cover the lower section only of your windows, just like the Parisian cafés, this offers a lighter privacy and light option. The bottom half of your window whilst the top is unobscured, allowing light through the top.
